Born in the world famous Vistaflores Vineyard in Argentina at an elevation of 3,400 feet; Pannotia's Chardonnay expresses the crisp, citrus side of the grape. We've enhanced its tangy element with a dose of cinnamon-laden oak spice and the rich texture of barrel fermentation.

For this wine, Pannotia's team has chosen an elevated Torrontes vineyard in Cafayate in northern Argentina and Pannotia winemaker Rick Jones has created a wine of exceptional aromatics and lushness. The Torrontes grape has mysterious origins; it seems to have arisen on the plains of Argentina, an accidental crossing between Criolla Chica and the wildly floral and aromatic Muscat of Alexandria.

Many grapes thrive in California's great old vineyards, but it's Zinfandel that's synonymous with the ancient vines hidden throughout the region. Pannotia's Zin comes from one such place, the Yorkville Highlands in Mendocino's elevated plains. With length, tannin, a touch more crispness and less overt alcohol, Pannotia's Zinfandel captures the distinct personality of the region's finest grapes.

Spain's second most widely planted grape and called Grenache in France, this wine's cherry, strawberry and black pepper notes are vibrant and aromatic.

Verdejo is little known outside of Spain and the grape has only recently been produced as a crisp white wine. Many producers see an affinity with Sauvignon Blanc and blend some into the wine, smothering the unique Verdejo character. Grown around the home region of Rueda — Pannotia's Verdejo is a pure expression of this fascinating grape with melon, apple and citrus aromas and flavors.
